The TOA-35 Reducer is a 0.7X reducer for use with the TSA-120, TOA-130 and TOA-150 telescopes. The reducer consists of 4 elements in 3 groups and utilizes ED glass, and produces a 44 mm diameter image circle. When used with the TOA-130 and -150, the appropriate adapter ring is required.
The TOA-150B normally has a focal length of 1100mm and a focal ratio of f/7.3, but with the TOA-35 Reducer installed, the effective focal length will be 775mm and the focal ratio will be f/5.2. A 44 mm image circle is produced when the TOA-35 reducer is mounted on the TOA-150.
The TSA-120 normally has a focal length of 900mm and a focal ratio of f/7.5, but with the TOA-35 Reducer installed, the effective focal length will be 635 mm and the focal ratio will be f/5.3. A 44 mm image circle is produced when the TOA-35 reducer is mounted on the TSA-120.
